Well detailed cast iron fox terrier made by Nestor in England.
Early 1920s made in the Kendrick foundry. Not like the common Lustre version, this is Matt black, and you see every detail of the dogs face and fur.
Originally used as a fireside companion and would have had an attachment to handle small brush, shovel, etc.
Measures 15 inches high and 9 inches at widest point.
Bottom.plate measures 4 x 7 3/4 inches.
Good Weight 3.3kg.
Super condition. No chips or cracks.
Marked Nestor with registration marks. Made in England.
