Superb condition priginal Scumble pine painted chest. Dated 1847 to one end, and marked Jospeh Harding, I believe this to have been made earlier and is possibly Georgian. Good solid order, no repairs….scratches and scuffs as to be expected.
Came from a Derbyshire farmhouse.
Measures total length 110.5cm 49cm high 53cm wide. Lid opens easily. Ideal for storage and use as a coffee table. Has a candle box and two drawers inside.
